Debi Benoit, principal and co- founder of Benoit Mizner Simon & Co., was ranked #48 in the nation in the Individual Sales Dollar Volume category with $150 million in sales volume. This is the second year she has been ranked among the top 50 real estate professionals in the country. She has received this prestigious award for the past eight years. 3 Wellesley resident Eliane Markoff has been appointed to launch an Ombuds Office at Wheelock College, providing a confidential and safe place for administra- tors, professors, staff and students to dis- cuss concerns, obtain advice and resolve conflicts. Eliane, a former member of Wheelock Board of Trustees, received her mediation training from Cambridge Dispute Resolution and the Boston Law Collaborative. She earned her MBA from Boston College and her BA in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. 3 On Friday, June 9, Needham Bank celebrated the retirement of CEO Emeritus Mark Whalen in the Wellesley Country Club ballroom.
