of Wellesley, shares a story that illustrates that point, "A woman from our class who has multiple sclerosis reached out on the '80s Facebook group prior to the reunion, concerned about the effect of her ill- ness on her appearance. I was thrilled to see a flood of supportive responses. She set the tenor for the night. She made it okay for all of us not to be perfect." After the event, Cheri posted a message on Facebook: "LOVED, LOVED, LOVED hugging all of you and shar- ing survivor stories!!! Honestly, you are some of the BEST people I know!!!! Rock on!!!!" Youthful Feeling About a dozen women who met 43 years ago (decades before Facebook, before email became widespread, and before laptop computers graced the desks of college students) refer to themselves as the "Rat Pack."
