Driven by personal experience and an earnest sense of responsibility as a mother and daughter, Sheila considers it her calling to connect families with caregivers so they can take care of their loved ones. As an immigrant from the Philippines attending school in the United States, Sheila experienced firsthand the challenge of finding a nanny for her two young sons without a personal network of support.
