Foster, MD has been named the inaugural Chair of the Department of Orthopaedics at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He suc- ceeds Mark Belsky, MD, who had served admirably for 25 years as Chief of Orthopaedics and recently as Acting Chair of this newly created department.
