In addition to his work with Needham Bank, Darcey is the president and chief executive officer of Provider Group Insurance. He is also the treasurer of Wellesley Youth Hockey, was a coach for Wellesley lacrosse and baseball teams, and is a governor for Wellesley Country Club.
