It is the first of a three-book series from esteemed children's book pub- lisher, HarperCollins. While many writers dream of being a children's book author from a young age, Keri took a bit of an unconventional path. But she was always an avid reader. Between college and grad school, Keri worked for several advertising agencies where she wrote ad copy.
