"I think homeowners should embrace the concept of going out of the traditional Wellesley box by using textured and reclaimed material," says Holland. "Breaking the rules is what makes the house feel more like a home." Holland recommends that homeowners take advantage of online sources like Pinterest, Houzz, and Etsy for inspiration and not be afraid to make mistakes.
