Sun's Up "SOLAR IS GOOD FOR ANYBODY NO MATTER WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED." 9Richard Joyce, Wellesley Municipal Light Plant Director and teaches a green management consulting course at Babson. He installed solar PV systems on three residences in Massachusetts where he expects a seven- to ten-year payback.
