The same thing is happening with 50 Liberty, he explains. The site, which is still under construction, will open at the beginning of 2018 right next to the Institute of Contemporary Art. When it does open it will boast the kind of amenities and atmosphere you'd get if you just happened to permanently move into the Four Seasons or the Ritz with 20 friends. "It's a very fun group of people who all know each other," says Fallon. And again, the design supports that emphasis on social life. Inside the building will be a private dining room for bigger events and a club- room complete with a cappuccino bar, a catering kitchen, and a big- screen entertainment area where groups of friends can watch movies or the game together.
