on my own. I was shooting 35 weddings a year," she says. "While I still do some weddings, my busi- ness has grown to shooting newborns and families—as my clients' lives have changed." Neighbors' work has been displayed in Real Simple, The New York Times, and Martha Stewart Wedding. As for balance, Neighbors laughs, "I shoot a wedding in an Italian castle and then a par- ent party for the Sprague yearbook! But the beauty of it is that I can balance my life. I don't have to ask anyone to go to my daugh- ter's music class in the middle of the day, yet, it is up to me to get up each morning and find my next paycheck every day."
