"Almost anybody with a good idea can get into apps. And you don't even need to be the first person to have your idea to make it work." While you might have it in your head that most mobile app develop- ers are young entrepreneurial geeks like the teams of Stanford University grads who separately launched photo sharing apps Instagram and Snapchat, the reality is that all kinds of people are behind the addictive, useful, and sometimes just plain silly programs so many of us use on our phones and tablets.
