Plymouth Cruises The Lobster Tales may look rather unassuming docked in Plymouth's Town Wharf, but this is a boat with many talents. Some days it's a pirate ship, taking kids on an adventure on the high seas in which they can shoot water cannons and recapture stolen booty. On quieter days, the boat guides passengers on calm-water lobster excursions, inviting guests to get hands-on as they help haul in the day's catch. Ice cream cruises and wine-tasting cruises also take place throughout the summer months, and the boat is even available to charter for pri- vate sunset cruises — perfect for special events. A few lucky passengers may even get a chance to help hoist the sails and take a turn at the helm beside the captain. For a slightly more grown-up adventure, the Liberty Fleet hosts a Rum & Revolution Tour complete with lively entertainment and rum cocktails. $35 / adults • $24 / children 617.742.0333 • www.libertyfleet.com Boston Light Tour Boston Harbor's lighthouses have assisted sailors for so long it's almost hard to believe they're still standing strong.
