Making a good match goes far beyond simply supplying names. Care.com provides guidance and support though materials, expert advice, news, and affinity networking groups. For over two years before taking a full-time job at Wellesley High School, Lisa Siegel from Wellesley found part-time child care positions using Care.com. "I have a degree in social work with a specialty in working with children, which I believe led to a lot of families contacting me. I found jobs that offered the hours, ages of children, and personal fit I was looking for so I could care for my own family at the same time that I earned money caring for other children."
